• Deposits from another person's mobile number are not permitted.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

fb88 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses are withdrawable only upon meeting the conditions of the specific promotion.
• Each bonus has its own wagering multiplier, minimum deposit and expiry period.
• It is important to read the detailed terms of a specific offer before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless fb88 specifically permits it.
• fb88 may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using false information or exploiting system vulnerabilities — fb88 reserves the right to cancel the member's bonus, forfeit winnings and suspend the account.

5.1 Fair Play Obligation

All games on fb88 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are not predetermined and each spin or round is determined independently. Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes will result in account closure.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots or automated tools to play games.
• Using another member's account or sharing account credentials.
• Hacking or modifying the game client in any way.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players during gameplay.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue or software error, fb88 will settle that round in accordance with recognised rules. fb88 reserves the right to void abnormal winnings arising from technical errors.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, fb88 follows the rules of the specific competition. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will be based on the official result of the relevant league. Odds in live betting are subject to real-time changes and fb88 may limit betting opportunities at any time.

6.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

The fb88 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of that week's net losses. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 0.8% depending on the level.

6.2 Right to Cancel Rewards

If fb88 finds evidence of a breach of these Terms, account fraud or any improper activity, it may cancel a member's VIP benefits and earned rewards without prior notice.

We therefore give members the option to set personal limits — daily deposit limits, session time limits and the option to voluntarily suspend their account. • Use of an account by a minor.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the fb88 support team. Before closure, all outstanding bonus conditions must be settled and any available balance may be withdrawn under the standard rules.
